POWER's On-Property Consultation

is both practical and analytical. By being physically involved, working in both a leasing and marketing capacity, and collaborating with your on-site team we experience your property. Every week we give you an ACTION UPDATE summarizing numbers, marketing, observations and suggestions from the previous week.

POWER's Integrated Marketing Approach

combines advertising, sales, marketing, and promotions, yielding a package greater than the sum of its parts. Taking ideas from conception through implementation. We will target your specific demographic to generate quality prospects. Get Power

  1. Call POWER.
  2. Discuss goals, needs, expectations for POWER and community.
  3. Sign the POWER Right to Lease Agreement Inviting a POWER professional to your community
  4. POWER Professional Arrives at your Community.
  5. Meeting with on-site manager about their needs, expectations, and goals.
  6. Conduct POWER 500 Snapshot property inspection and analysis.
  7. Day 3 Begin leasing and working as a member of the community's on-site team.
    • Turning prospects into leases, fielding all telephone and walk-in customers.
    • Marketing aggressively to the surrounding community generating qualified traffic.
    • Providing weekly market updates.
    • Helping current residents with service requests, packages, etc.
    • Work as a highly focused and enthusiastic member of your on-site team.
    • Offer and encourage interactive on-the-job training involving everyone in what we do.
    • Do whatever it takes to achieve the goals of your property!
  8. When you are comfortable with where the property is, you give us a 2 week notice. We transition with someone on-site by introducing them to all the marketing contacts that have been established, making sure they have copies of any print ads generated, surveys conducted, etc, and a one day POWERful Hints Training Session.
  9. A detailed report including but not limited to marketing contacts, numbers, collateral generated, helpful hints training.
  10. Maintain high occupancies!
  11. Once we wrap up we are a lifelong partner and are here for you (training, insights, additional leasing help in the future, etc).
